Live & Work at the Gateway to Denali

We promise our guests the adventure of a lifetime in just one day—and we’re not kidding. Our drivers are the proud guides of the rugged habitats of bears, moose, caribou and more.

We connect our guests with the best of exclusive Denali, which can’t be explored by just anyone. This immersive day tour explores the entire 92 miles of the restricted Denali Park Road, with a break for a unique creek-side lunch and authentic Alaskan activities at the Lodge.

All About the Adventure

Location
Tucked away just far enough from the entrance to Denali National Park (8 miles away) and 20 miles from the community of Healy. For a more modern day out, the city of Fairbanks is 130 miles away.
The Team
Team numbers: 10 strong!
Summer Guests

We help over 8,000 guests explore the park from June through September.

Staff Housing
Stay cozy in staff housing with 1-2 roomies per room, including some couples’ accommodation. We’ve got you covered with common areas, laundry and an employee dining room on site. Meals and lodging are provided for $10 per day (less discounts for returning team members!)
Stay Nourished
Our Employee Dining Room serves up three square meals per day, available for $5.00 per day for team members living off-site. We offer a 50% discount on meals and lodging for staff returning for a second season, and both are provided free of charge for returning staff joining us for three seasons or more.
Stay Connected

There is cell phone service at our operations base at the Denali Cabins, but not inside the park. Wi-Fi is available throughout staff housing.

Getting Around

Get out and about on regular staff shuttles to the Denali Canyon area with restaurants and adventures aplenty (flightseeing, hiking, rafting, and more). There is very limited public transportation in the area, so a personal vehicle (or a friend with one!) is useful for exploring further afield.
