Through responsible management practices and providing meaningful interpretive programming, we constantly improve our environmental initiatives and make good on this part of our promise.

We get that: we haven’t left either. In fact we’ve poured ourselves into providing great support for the people and places that help sustain us. 

10% decrease in waste generated per guest at the Banff Gondola on account of our waste reduction strategies.

Pursuit was recognized as a top 75 employer in Alberta, Canada.

197,102 plastic water bottles avoided in 2018 by providing water refill stations at the Banff Gondola and Columbia Icefield.

Our Banff Jasper team contributed over 2,750 hours of community volunteering in 2018.


44,000+ students from across Alaska have participated in Kenai Fjords Tours' Marine Science Explorers Program.

Goal to educate 20 million guests by 2028.
